Hi, I'm a sophomore at UMB right now. My roommate and I are looking for someone to sublet our lease on our apartment (AKA take over our lease on an apartment we currently have.) It is a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Harbor Point, a 5 minute walk from the school. You would be taking our bedroom, which has a bathroom attached to it. The apartment is extremely well-maintained and the girls who are staying there are super friendly and fun! We're leaving because we can no longer afford the rent.
