I am looking for a roommate to live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. You will get a private room and a bath. Living room is already furnished and kitchen is huge.
It is a fully renovated apt (kitchen is super cool, and carpet is gone) on the 7th floor with a gorgeous ocean/downtown view. Floor plan is the TENEAN BEACH mirrored.
Total rent is $2900 per month (heat and hot water included) + utilities
